Ginga is conveniently located at 1000 Ann in Fortitude Valley. Offering a comprehensive culinary selection, ranging from fresh sushi and sashimi to our delectable dim sim freshly prepared in-store.

The restaurant is fitted with a contemporary decor, divided into different zones, which can accommodate up to 150 guests. Our conveyor belt provides guests with a simple and efficient mode of delivery in which to sample our vast array of lighter meal options. Customers can also opt for our a la carte menu consisting of yakimono, agemono, light meals, bento and other Japanese specialties.

With three unique dining outlets, namely, Ginga Japanese Restaurant (South Bank), Ginga Sushi Bar & Fusion (South Bank) and Ginga Sushi Bar and Dining (1000 Ann), Ginga aims to give guests the best tastes of Japanese cuisine and an unforgettable experience.
